Helper Fox is a Discord Bot that participants can use to request help from mentors by submitting tickets. Mentors can then claim the ticket in order to connect with the participant and help them out!
All of the Helper Fox commands can be used in any channel within the HackKU 2026 Discord Server, just start typing / and a list of possible commands will appear. All messages between you and Helper Dragon are private, and will not appear to anyone else (tickets will be visible to all mentors).
Submit a ticket by typing the /helpme command in any channel within the HackKU 2026 Discord Server, include your current location and a brief message explaining what you need help with.
After submission, you will receive a notification that your ticket has been submitted, keep an eye out on your notifications!
The mentors will have their own (private) channel where they can claim tickets. Make sure to pay attention to the ID, as it will be needed later
Use /claim , along with the ID, to claim the ticket,
This will open up a private channel between the mentor and the Hacker. Make sure not to send anything too important in this channel, as it’ll be deleted once the ticket is closed. Try and just focus on finding a spot to meet and getting a rough idea on what the issue is
Once the issue is resolved, make sure to close the ticket using the ticket_id using /close
